Privacy policy

When you submit an inquiry, availability request, test-drive request, trade appraisal, or contact message, the form collects the details you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, your preferred contact method, your message, and — when you are asking about a specific vehicle — the stock number, VIN and listing title for that vehicle.

These submissions are stored in the dealership's private website database, hosted on Base44. They are not publicly visible and are only accessible to authorized dealership administrators.

Along with the inquiry we record whether you separately opted in to marketing messages, the version of the consent notice you saw, and the time of your submission.

Inquiries are also delivered to the dealership's customer-relationship system, DealerCenter, using the dealership's lead-import address. Delivery is sent by a transactional email service configured by the dealership. If that delivery has not been configured, the inquiry is still saved and the confirmation you see will say it was not sent automatically.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other dealerships or third-party lead marketplaces.

The credit application on the Financing page is hosted by DealerCenter and embedded on our site. When you use it, you are submitting information directly to DealerCenter's secure application, not to this website. Northlake Auto does not collect or store your social security number, date of birth, driver's license number, or credit report on this website.

DealerCenter's own privacy and security terms apply to the application itself. Contact the dealership if you would like to complete an application in person instead.

Vehicle listings, photos, prices, mileage and equipment are supplied by the dealership's DealerCenter inventory feed. If a field such as price, photo or VIN is missing from the feed, the site shows that it is unavailable rather than guessing.

This site records simple, non-identifying events — for example, that the financing page was opened — so the dealership can understand which pages are useful. These events do not include your name, phone number, email address, or the contents of any form you submit.

The public pages of this site do not require an account. Dealership staff who sign in to the private admin area use a secure session provided by the hosting platform.

Marketing consent is optional and unchecked by default. You can ask the dealership to correct or delete the information you submitted by calling the dealership. If you ask us to delete a record of your inquiry, we will remove it from the website database; a copy may remain in the dealership's DealerCenter records.
